Are you tired of your life & work wearing your soul down?
Are you a fellow clergy person ready to lead and do ministry in ways that don't just suck the life out of you?

I truly believe in the transformative power of God's grace in our lives. I know it through my own story of recovery from alcoholism. And I believe we all have a recovery journey, that God wants us to walk, that will lead to health and healing.
My passion in coaching is accompanying people on their journey of transformation.
My mission is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their thoughts and feelings.

You don't have to feel like you're barely hanging on to the things you care about. Your life and vocation can be a source of joy and purpose in your life, and I want to help you rediscover that truth.

At some point, everyone gets sick and tired of their circumstances. They burn out at work, lose patience with their family members, or become exhausted from the stress of life. Healing is something everyone longs for, but people do not always know where to find it. The good news is that, with God's help, healing is ultimately found within. This book is a reflection on how what the author thought to be his greatest sign of brokenness became the very thing God used to begin his healing journey. May this book springboard each reader's journey toward hope and healing with God's help.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Ben graduated from Columbus State University in 2008 with a degree in Political Science. He then attended Emory University's Candler School of Theology to earn his M. Div degree in 2011. In 2022, Ben graduated from Candler School of Theology, this time with a Doctor of Ministry. Ben has been sober since January 2022, finding healing and hope through God daily in his new life of recovery.

Ben's passions for ministry are preaching, systems leadership, missions and justice ministry, and community organizing. He works for and dreams of a church where all are welcomed and where all reach out in concern to the world around us to share love, grace, and mercy. Ben is also a person in long-term recovery from alcoholism and has come to know God’s grace in powerful ways through his own journey of recovery. He is a Christ-follower, husband, father, pastor, and pilgrim on a journey, in the hope that out of our deepest wounds can flow God’s greatest work.
